Home Equity Lines

Offering the ultimate borrower flexibility, the line of credit allows you to write yourself a loan when needed. As you pay the line down, you increase your available credit. Interest rates could adjust monthly with a floor of 3%. Check current rates.

Passbook

Your most inexpensive method of borrowing. The interest rate charged will be three percent (3%) above the interest being earned on the securing passbook savings account or certificate of deposit. The actual rate on the loan will change along with the certificate or passbook to maintain the three percent (3%) spread.
