Senior Credit Analyst

We have an immediate opening for a Credit professional with a strong understanding of commercial lending, financial analysis and business structure and at least seven years of experience in Lending or Commercial Credit. The successful candidate will provide credit analysis and assessment of moderate to complex loan requests as requested by the Loan Officers for review by either the Loan or Executive Committee.  The candidate will also be asked to document findings, observations, and conclusions regarding the financial health and cash flow capacity of Lowell Five customers as well as credit issues that may arise regarding loan relationships.

Residential Mortgage Originator

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Residential Mortgage Originator.  The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with established relationship contacts in our territories and a proven track record of results. This individual must be strongly sales oriented, with the capacity to develop additional business contacts while meeting established goals from a full range of mortgage products. Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide superior customer service are a must.
