Commercial Real Estate Loans

Lowell Five offers commercial real estate loans to developers, businesses and individuals. More specifically, we provide financial support for Commercial Real Estate loans secured by the following types of properties: residential and office condominiums, residential apartment buildings, residential subdivisions, commercial office space, retail, industrial or other commercial rental space.

Construction Loans

We also offer Commercial Construction and Development loans to professional Builders and/or Developers for the acquisition and development of residential and commercial land, as well as the construction of residential or industrial buildings.

Lines of Credit

To finance short-term working capital needs, like loans to manage receivables, Lowell Five suggests using a line of credit. With a line of credit, your business can borrow funds, repay the balance, and then borrow again as needed. We offer three types: Seasonal, Revolving and Asset Based.

Term Loans

For help in starting a business, expanding your current operations, or financing new equipment, we offer term loans. The term loans offered will range in maturities, usually from one to seven years.

SBA Loans

The United States Small Business Administration was established in 1953 to aid and protect the interest of small business concerns. A creative alternative to enhance traditional commercial financing is provided through an SBA guarantee. SBA Loans are recommended for a start-up company or the traditional small business. An SBA guaranteed loan provides longer or more convenient loan terms and rates are structured to improve your business cash flow.
